where people just sacrifice activity in their brains
hard-working Americans wanting a little more comfort, elegance and enjoyment

But I don't want comfort. I want God, I want poetry, I
was struck by the unnaturalness of the behavior.
that deepened our
cultures,
lack of purpose or meaning.

You Can't Have life and Eat It,
